An Exhibition of Questionable Zoology is a series of musical miniatures that reimagines mythological creatures within the framework of a museum exhibition. The narrative unfolds through the voice of the curator—a noble figure eager to share the wonder of the creatures in their care. Yet behind the arranged displays lies a quieter tension: the responsibility of showcasing the unknowable into something the spectator can safely admire. After all, what is contained within the exhibition may resist containment.
